Welcome to AirConditionersRus.com. AirConditionersRus.com provides HVAC equipment, materials and related components to you when you shop at AirConditionersRus.com. By using AirConditionersRus.com, you agree, on behalf of yourself and others who shop for any product under your account, to the following conditions.

All products are shipped from the manufacturer, their warehouses or the manufacturer's authorized distributors. All orders placed with Air Conditioners R Us are immediately submitted to the manufacturer or their authorized distributors at the time you place your order with Air Conditioners R Us and can not be immediately or normally cancelled. No refund or credit will be given before we can confirm your cancellation request with the manufacturer or their distributor.

Each manufacturer and their distributors have different approximate processing times from the time they receive your order from Air Conditioners R Us to the time those orders are shipped out with carrier tracking numbers, which will be emailed to your registered email address. Those approximate processing times are stated on each product page and next to each product on the shopping cart summary and payment page. Most products are shipped out within the stated processing time or sooner, but occasionally there may be a delay. 

Credit Card Payment Terms 

The online payment terms constitute a contract between you and Air Conditioners R Us. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, but to make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking “I Accept”. All payments of Air Conditioners R Us invoices using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions. Air Conditioners R Us accepts the following cards:

By submitting your order with Air Conditioners R Us, you and any other person on your behalf agree to not file any dispute with your credit card issuer prior to communicating your concern(s) in email to Info@AirConditionersRus.com and waiting no less than 7 business days for our email response. In addition, you agree to not file any dispute with your credit card issuer prior to waiting at least 7 business days past the latest date that your ordered product(s) are advertised to ship out.

The information is provided by Air Conditioners R Us and while we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

 

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Packages are typically shipped via a common ground carrier or LTL freight carrier to the 48 contiguous United States.

All products are stored and shipped in their original manufacturer packaging and are fully insured. Any delivery received in damaged condition must be reported to both the delivering carrier and Air Conditioners R Us within 7 days of delivery to expedite the refund or replacement process.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery. All original packaging and accessories must be retained, as they will be required to be returned to Air Conditioners R Us before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Unopened Merchandise 
You may return any eligible, unopened products within 15 days of purchase for a refund, subject to a 25% restocking fee plus outbound shipping costs. Returns must be authorized in advance—please contact us to obtain return instructions before sending any items back. 

Returns may be denied if these conditions are not met. Any product returned that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or rendered unsellable due to customer tampering may be refused or may result in a higher restocking fee, determined by the condition of the product.

Some products qualify for free shipping. If such an item is returned, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment.

Opened Merchandise 
Opened products are not eligible for return. Once a product has been opened, it is considered final sale and cannot be accepted back under any circumstances. 

To ensure the product meets your needs before ordering, we strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Our team is always happy to help you confirm compatibility, specifications, and ordering details.

Installed Items 
Once an item has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return. To help avoid issues, we recommend professional installation whenever possible. Any damage resulting from improper installation is the responsibility of you or your installer. 

Damaged Products 
You are responsible for carefully inspecting all goods at the time of delivery before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt. This includes checking for visible damage to cartons, pallets, and equipment.

Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage confirms acceptance of the shipment in good condition. If you sign without inspection or without documenting visible damage, you will be solely responsible for filing any freight claims with the carrier and for arranging and covering the cost of repair or return of damaged goods.

Any concealed damage (damage not visible at the time of delivery) must be reported immediately upon discovery to both the carrier and our company. Failure to report concealed damage promptly may result in denial of a freight claim, replacement, or refund.

Special Order and Retired Items are Non-Refundable.

Packages that contain more than $800 of merchandise require a signature by most carriers; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. Any refused, non-deliverable packages returned by the shipping carrier (either ground or air) or freight service, will incur the carrier's return shipping charges, the original outbound shipping charges deducted from original payment, in addition to a minimum 25% restocking fee if the product is eligible for return and is returned in its original, unopened and resalable condition. If the package is returned in opened, unoriginal or unsellable condition, the buyer forfeits any refund. All other returns for refund or exchange need to be requested within 30 days of delivery in new, unopened and undamaged condition. Shipping cost will be deducted for refunds or exchanges, not due to shipping damage.

In very rare occasions, if the shipping carrier marks your package tracking number as delivered, but you did not receive it, you will be responsible to report your claim to the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier has an extensive investigation procedure in place, including GPS logging of where and when packages are marked as delivered by the carrier's driver, but requires your cooperation with the shipping carrier's claim procedure.
